Annapolis Recipe Swap: Taffy Apple Dip

I haven’t contributed in a while, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been participating! I’ve still been trying out the recipes that others have been sharing.
I found great success {and reason for going to the gym . . . well, at least I thought about going} with these recipes:
Both come highly recommended!
The recipe I’m sharing today is real simple. I’ve served it at showers, as an appetizer, or just an afternoon snack.
Taffy Apple Dip 
Measure your ingredients, chop the nuts, and start mixin’.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla with a handheld mixer.
Stir in peanuts, and enjoy.
Taffy Apple Dip 
{enough for generously pairing with 4 apples}
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 
1//2 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped 
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
beat In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
mix Stir in chopped peanuts.
enjoy Dip your apple of choice {mine is gala or jonagold} and delight in the creamy/crunchy goodness. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
